
ideateX was a premier innovation challenge that brought together visionaries, problem-solvers, and change-makers to ideate transformative solutions for pressing global challenges. This initiative fosters creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, empowering participants to develop groundbreaking concepts that drive meaningful impact. Throughout the event, teams engaged in structured brainstorming, mentorship sessions, and expert-led discussions, culminating in the presentation of their innovative ideas.
About ideateX
Day 1 commenced with an intensive brainstorming session, followed by guided mentorship from our esteemed mentors, Sheikh Hammad Amjad, Junaid Saleem, and Faiza Yousuf. A pool of 69 teams worked on their ideas on the ground at NIC Karachi, and refined their ideas post mentoring session, thereby gearing for the 2nd round of virtual pitching.

Day 2 progressed with a virtual pitching session, where innovators presented their idea to the evaluators within a strict 5- minute time frame. The evaluators followed a standardised rubric to score all the teams, from which 16 teams were shortlisted to qualify for the final round.

ideateX culminated in a final presentation round, where the top 16 teams showcased their idea before an esteemed panel of judges, including Jehan Ara, Zehra Aneek, Harris Jamali, Raza Abbas, Fahad Sikandar, Zareen Qureshi, Naeem Zamindar, Dr. Jawwad Shams, Zartaj Ahmed, Zainab Hameed, Azfar Hussain, Muhammad Humair, Alyaan Ahmed, Nighat Afsheen, and Ayaaz Ahmed.

Yumna Ali of Mice Blue took home a whopping prize money of Rs. 250, 000.
2nd place
Mahad Arif and his team from Calcix bagged 2nd position at ideateX, claiming Rs 150,000.
Shahma Aroob and her team, Filtresha, proudly secured 3rd position and a cash prize of Rs. 80,000.
