Who we are

XSEED is an entrepreneurship hub powered by researchers from INSEAD Business School, transforming businesses through a unique evidence-based approach. We translate cutting-edge research into practical implementation strategies, equipping founders with proven frameworks to build and scale sustainable ventures.

Our track record begins with our flagship incubation program, which has guided over 300 diverse businesses across education, e-commerce, healthcare, and technology, with nearly 25% women-led ventures. Launched in partnership with LMKT and National Incubation Center Karachi, this program created a foundation where entrepreneurs access expert mentors, structured training, investment opportunities, and a powerful peer network. Graduates emerge with refined business models, investor readiness, and the strategic capabilities needed for sustainable growth.

As we look ahead to 2025 and beyond, we're expanding our ecosystem beyond incubation to support entrepreneurs at every critical stage—from initial ideation through international expansion—continuing our mission to transform promising ideas into market-leading businesses.
