A glimpse into our journey

XSEED’s first cohort spanned 1.5 years, providing structured support through training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help early-stage businesses grow.

The journey began with a 3-month research-backed training program designed by INSEAD Researchers, equipping entrepreneurs with essential business strategies, from market validation to investment readiness. Upon completing this training, businesses were awarded a Training Completion Certificate in recognition of their progress.

Beyond the training, participants engaged in monthly events, covering key business topics, and received one-on-one mentorship from industry experts. They also had opportunities to network with peers, professionals, and investors while participating in monthly check-in calls to track progress, receive feedback, and refine their business strategies.

The 1.5-year journey concluded with a Graduation Day, where researchers from INSEAD attended to meet the entrepreneurs and personally award them their certificates. Following this, an Investor Day was hosted, where selected businesses pitched their startups to a panel of investors from diverse industries and backgrounds. This event opened doors to potential funding, strategic partnerships, and new growth opportunities.
