ideateX is a premier innovation challenge that brings together visionaries, problem-solvers, and change-makers to ideate transformative solutions for pressing global challenges. This initiative fosters creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, empowering participants to develop groundbreaking concepts that drive meaningful impact. Throughout the event, teams will engage in structured brainstorming, mentorship sessions, and expert-led discussions, culminating in the presentation of their innovative ideas.

Ideathon

Pre-requisite for application
  • Each team must have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 members.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for registration.

  • Gender diversity and inclusivity are encouraged to foster a variety of perspectives and innovative thinking.

What's the process?

After the application phase concludes, shortlisted teams are screened and notified via email about their selection for the Ideathon.

Day 1– In-Person Brainstorming & Mentorship (May 26, 2025)

The program commences in person on Day 1 which is designed to stimulate collaborative brainstorming, guided mentorship, and early-stage development of ideas from 10:00 AM to 6 PM. By the end of the session, each team will be required to submit a pitch deck, along with an optional prototype or visual representation of their concept.

Day 2 – Virtual Pitching & Evaluation (May 29, 2025)

The second day will shift to a virtual format, during which all teams will present their ideas to a group of mentors in structured, time-bound sessions. Each team will be assigned a specific time slot for a live pitch to the mentors.

At the end of the day, shortlisted teams will be selected to advance to the final round.

Day 3 – Final Presentations & Judging (May 30, 2025)
The final day will feature in-person presentations from the top selected teams, who will pitch their ideas to a panel of expert judges.

  • Each team will be given a set amount of time to present their concept, demonstrate any working prototype (if applicable), and respond to questions from the judges.

  • Judges will evaluate based on a combination of factors, including innovation, feasibility, scalability, presentation quality, and the potential for real-world implementation.

  • The winners will be announced following the final round of presentations.

Application Fee

Once you are shortlisted for the Ideathon, you will be required to pay PKR 700 per person to participate in ideateX


  • Participants are expected to adhere to the organisation's code of conduct and exhibit professionalism, respect, and integrity throughout the event.

  • Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behavior will result in disqualification from the competition.

  • Participants must comply with all event rules and regulations communicated by the organizing committee.
